One job. One price.

Third-driveway-down prices and “as low as” don't live here. The price is the price — and yes, we picked $92 on purpose. It’s the number people remember.

Standard driveway wash $92 Flat — per driveway, not per hour

Covers a standard two-car concrete driveway (about 500 sq ft). Longer, wider, or extra-steep driveways get a free quote on sight before we start — never a surprise on the bill.

What $92 gets you

  • Pretreatment on the built-up dirt, mold, and algae Florida driveways collect
  • We treat with SIMIX, a peroxide-based cleaner that keeps working in sunlight after we leave.
  • Full surface-cleaner pass with a 21″ professional surface cleaner at 3,000 PSI — even stripes, no wand marks
  • Edges and apron detailed along the grass, the garage door, and the street
  • Full rinse down — loosened dirt washed off the driveway and away from the house

Honest note: a wash lifts years of dirt, mold, and algae. Deep oil and rust stains usually lighten a lot, but we won’t promise they’ll vanish — anybody who does is selling you something.

You supply the water. We bring everything else.

Simple deal: your driveway wash runs off your own outside spigot. We show up with the pressure washer, the surface cleaner, 100 feet of hose, and the pretreatment — you just make sure we can get to a working outdoor spigot and that it’s turned on.

Why? Hauling water costs money, and that cost lands in the price. Running off your spigot is how a full professional wash stays $92. A standard wash uses roughly what a couple of long showers would — a few dollars of water, tops.

How it works

Three steps, and only one of them is yours.

1

Book it

Text, call, or use the form below. Tell us the address and a day that suits you — we’ll confirm your spot back by text.

2

Clear the driveway

Move the cars to the street and make sure your outside spigot is reachable and on. That’s the whole prep list — you don’t even need to be home.

3

We wash, you come home to it

About an hour later the driveway is done, rinsed, and dry enough to park on by evening. We’ll text you a heads-up when we’ve finished.

Halfway through a wash: left side waiting its turn, right side done. That line is what $92 buys.

The difference is not subtle

Florida driveways don’t get dirty all at once — they gray out a little every month until the whole slab looks tired. A surface-cleaner wash takes it back to the light concrete color it was poured as, in one visit.

It’s the cheapest curb-appeal job there is: no paint, no sealer pitch, no weekend on your knees with a rental machine. One visit, one price, done.

Neighbors on the same street? Book the same day and we’ll line the street up — clustered stops are exactly how we keep the price at $92.

Straight answers

What exactly counts as a “standard” driveway?

A typical two-car concrete driveway, about 500 square feet — that’s most homes in Palm Coast. If yours is longer, wider, three-car, or on a steep slope, we’ll look at it and quote it free before any work starts.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as the cars are off the driveway and we can reach a working outside spigot that’s turned on, we can wash while you’re out. We’ll text you when it’s done.

Where does the water come from?

Your outside spigot — that’s the deal that keeps the price at $92. We bring the washer, surface cleaner, hoses, and pretreatment. A standard wash uses about as much water as a couple of long showers.

Will it remove oil and rust stains?

Dirt, mold, algae, and tire marks come right off. Deep oil and rust stains usually fade a lot but can leave a shadow behind — we’ll tell you straight what to expect when we see it, before you pay anything.

How long does it take?

About an hour for a standard driveway, including setup and the final rinse. The concrete is fine to park on the same evening.

Why $92? That’s an odd price.

Because $99 is what everybody else charges, and $92 is the number you actually remember. It’s a fair price for the work — and now you’re not going to forget it.
